Who we are

Famascope (the website at famascope.com and the application at app.famascope.com) is operated by Fabio Granata, fiscal address C/ Sagunto 95, piso 2, puerta 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain, NIE Z2687121J ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@famascope.com.

This website

famascope.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Early access list

If you join the early access list, we store your email address, the date and the part of the page you signed up from. We use it only to send occasional updates about Famascope and an invitation when it opens, on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or writing to hello@famascope.com, and we will delete your address. The list is stored with Cloudflare.

The Famascope application

Until its public release, planned for 2028, the application is used privately. Accounts are created by invitation only. We process:

Google user data

When an authorised user connects a Google account, Famascope requests read-only access with these scopes:

ScopeWhat we readWhy
openid, email, profileYour name, email address and Google account identifierTo identify the connected account and show which account a client uses
analytics.readonlyGoogle Analytics 4 reports for the property you choose: sessions, channels, sources, landing pages, key events and revenueTo show traffic, leads and sales by channel, including visits from AI assistants, inside the client's Famascope reports
webmasters.readonlyGoogle Search Console reports for the property you choose: queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positionsTo show search performance next to AI visibility, and to suggest search queries to track in AI assistants

We use Google user data only to provide these reports to the account that connected it and to the users authorised for that client. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or send it to AI model providers. We do not transfer it to anyone else except the service providers listed below that host and run Famascope, when needed for security, or when required by law. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are never sent to the browser.

You can disconnect a Google account at any time in the client's Data sources settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When an account is disconnected, or when a client relationship ends, we delete its tokens at once and the Google data we stored within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Famascope's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Legal bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with clients and their users, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and with consent where the law requires it, for example when you connect a Google account.

How long we keep data

Account and project data are kept while the client relationship lasts and for 12 months afterwards, then deleted, unless the law requires longer. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@famascope.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Security

Access is limited to invited accounts, connections use encryption in transit, tokens are encrypted at rest, and data is backed up and kept in separate environments.

Changes

We will update this page when the service changes, and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced to users of the application.
